Perfection Auto Glass of Indiana stays ahead of the competition with industry leading technology to restore your vehicle and vehicle’s safety features back to OEM safety standards.
New safety features in todays vehicle’s have become more common and more complicated.  Most of todays vehicles are equipped with forward facing cameras that require a calibration after a windshield is replaced.  Radars, lasers and sonars are also used to aid in driver safety technology.  This technology is referred to as ADAS.
ADAS stands for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems. It is a rapidly growing new technology that includes systems to assist the driver while driving.  The common ADAS features are referred to as; Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Forward Collision Alert, Blind Spot Monitoring, Park Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, Adaptive Headlights and Forward Collision Mitigation/Smart City Brake.
Perfection Auto Glass utilizes Opti-Aim®, designed by Pilkington North America®, to recalibrate your vehicles ADAS camera system in order to restore your vehicle back to OEM safety standards.

What if I do not want a calibration after my Windshield is replaced? What if another company replaces my Windshield and did not calibrate my ADAS features?
If a car’s ADAS is not properly calibrated, the system may not function safely.  If the cameras/radars/lasers on the vehicle are off by even a few millimeters they may not give accurate readings and the system may not function properly, creating potential liability for the driver and owner of the vehicle.  Perfection Auto Glass will gladly recalibrate your vehicle’s ADAS features, even if another company has replaced your windshield.**
**In order to recalibrate your vehicle’s ADAS features, OEM glass or OEM quality glass is required.  Lesser quality glass can lead to a failed calibration.
